Are Maison Matine fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our fragrances are 100% vegan and we do not test on animals. We use organic wheat alcohol and prioritize sustainable sourcing for all our raw materials.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Delivery takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-10 business days for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?
To ensure hygiene and quality, we can only accept returns on unopened products in their original heat-sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. We recommend purchasing our Discovery Set first to explore our scents.
